I’d like to start off by thanking you for taking the time to visit and browse through my profile. As you already know, I am part of the Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd team. A bit about myself; I’m a structural inspector for buildings and bridges by education. I’ve been associated with more than 1,500 buildings and bridges. I’ve studied all over the world and make my home in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). More importantly than all that, I am a family man who knows the importance of a home; not a house, but a home. A home is where it all starts and as such one has to make sure that the place they live in is the right home for them and their family. Aside from the obvious of economics and location, I have come to find out that homes often bought and sold with great emotion. Homes hold great importance for people; not just for shelter, but it is the place where many memories will be born.
I strongly believe that the GTA and its surrounding area is the best place to buy, invest, and most of all raise a family. The GTA is the economic, cultural, sport and arts centre of not only in Ontario, but many would say all of Canada. I’ve worked in every part of the GTA and I will evaluate not only your home or the homes you may be interested in but I will also research and evaluate the entire area, your type of home and any other contributing factors before we even begin any motion forward.
